 There is something magical about Italy. The concept of time is different. There's no rushing or urgency, just breathing and immersing yourself in the beauty of the moment is enough... and then you feel authentic joy.

I used to have to keep track of every minute of my day when I worked in a big CPA firm. If I lost track of my time, I could lose my job and the fear made me ill and depressed. In the US, we are conditioned to live in Kronos or chronological time, constantly living by the clock and trying to cram so many things in a day, so fearful of losing productivity and efficiency that we lose track of our selves. It's such an unhealthy way to live.

In Italy the concept of time is Kairos or Chaos. Time stands still, expands, bends. Italy changed my life and gave me the space to heal. And now I'm helping women heal one at a time.
