  I’m often asked about what can we do for more self love. Often related to Venus, when we love ourselves, in a nourishing way, we feel more aligned and connected to our inner peace and life flows in a nice rhythm. But What does loving ourselves look like? It’s simpler than you think and costs nothing. Spend time with Mother Earth for a self love hack with your skin on her skin and feel earth’s energy literally ground you. Become aware of your breath, slow it down and breathe deeply. It feels so good and will help you sleep better and create well being that overflows with regular grounding. So my love, you wish to return to health. The way to do this is to focus on an abundance of health. You wish to return to wealth. The way to do this is to focus on an abundance of wealth. You have the love you desire in your life but at times you do not nurture this love as you are busy being focused on scarcity again. When one overcomes this resistance to abundance, then the floodgates will open for them.
